VIVATI CLOTHING Return & Exchange Policy

At VIVATI CLOTHING, we take pride in providing high-quality suits and tuxedos for weddings, formal events, business wear, and special occasions. Because formalwear is often purchased for time-sensitive events, please review our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.

Refunds (Manufacturing or Fabric Defects Only)

We offer refunds only for suits or tuxedos that have a verified manufacturing or fabric defect.

To request a refund:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
Email vivatisolutions@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the defect

If the defect is confirmed, we will provide return instructions. Once the item is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Size Exchanges

We strongly recommend reviewing our size guide and measurements before placing your order.

If the wrong size was ordered, we are happy to exchange it for another available size.

Exchange Conditions

The suit or tuxedo must be:

Unworn and unused
Unwashed and unaltered
Free from perfume, cologne, deodorant, makeup, stains, or odors
Returned with all original tags, accessories, and packaging intact

Any item that has been tailored, hemmed, altered, or adjusted in any way is not eligible for exchange or refund.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they have a verified manufacturing or fabric defect:

Altered or tailored suits or tuxedos
Worn garments
Customized or made-to-measure items
Sale, clearance, or promotional items
Accessories such as ties, bow ties, pocket squares, cufflinks, suspenders, and other formalwear accessories

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges.

If the return is approved due to a manufacturing or fabric defect, VIVATI CLOTHING will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item or refund where applicable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Inspection & Processing

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected within 3–5 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Approved exchanges will be shipped once the requested size is available.

Please allow additional time for payment providers and shipping carriers to complete processing.

Event & Wedding Purchases

If you are purchasing a suit or tuxedo for a wedding, prom, gala, or other scheduled event, we recommend ordering well in advance to allow time for delivery and any necessary size exchange. VIVATI CLOTHING is not responsible for missed events resulting from late orders, shipping delays, or incorrect size selections.
